Salvatore Alfonsi
Located in Jacksonville, Florida, Salvatore Alfonsi is the Vice President of West Novum. Currently working in real estate, he is a former U.S. Army Ranger and commercial fisherman in both the Florida Keys and Alaska.

Steven Singh
Steve Singh is a native of El Centro, California, and is the Director of Operations at West Novum. A U.S. Army Ranger with 8 years of service and deployments to multiple theatres worldwide, he is a father and holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University.

Scott Gaspard
Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Scott Gaspard is the Director of Mentorship at West Novum. A former U.S. Army Ranger, he currently works as a real estate investor.

Jacob Smith
Located in Casper, Wyoming, Jacob Smith serves on the West Novum Board of Directors. A father, former U.S. Army Ranger, and professional bull rider, he currently works as a petroleum engineer.

Jay Wakefield
Located in Detroit, Michigan, Jay Wakefield serves on the West Novum Board of Directors. He has traveled the country with a drag racing crew both as a technician and driver, and currently works at corporate headquarters for a U.S. automobile manufacturer.
