At West Novum, we are building men of character for
leadership, service, and impact to improve our communities and nation - one person at a time.
West Novum is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Like most, we see challenges facing our families, communities, and nation. The action elements of any solution are leaders rooted in virtue and character, driven by selflessness and service, and armored by discipline and competence. Our goal is to be that type of leader - and bring along as many as we can find with us.
Most of us are young, none of us are millionaires, and all of us have families, careers, and obligations outside of West Novum. Some of us are from military special operations, while others are students, and others more are rising leaders in the corporate ladder. Our mission is to grow together - united in our relentless pursuit of excellence and dedication to serving causes greater than ourselves.
We love what we do, and believe that bettering ourselves and investing in the people around us is always a task worth taking.
